A management wizard and an accomplished tea-taster in his own right, under his leadership, Mohani Teas has become a household name in India.
He is responsible to transform the innovations at Mohani into strategic growth business. He holds senior positions in various regional and national level organizations such as the Tea Packeters’ Association of Uttar Pradesh, FAITTA, TPAI etc and has several prestigious awards to his credit from Government and trade bodies.

Mr. Dinesh AgarwalDirector - Sales and Marketing
Mr. Dinesh Agarwal works to identify and expand business opportunities across the organisation and drives increased value for our customers. He is known as a man of high energy and an aggressively enterprising leader who has been instrumental behind the availability of Mohani tea at almost every significant tea stockist of North India. A committed sales person with excellent inter-personal skills, he has established an enviable network of distributors, C&FA’s and super stockists, who are extremely loyal to the brand and the organisation.
Mr. Manoj AgarwalDirector - Commercial
Mr. Manoj Agarwal oversees the business commercials and has played a very active role in building the brand Mohani. He brings tremendous expertise and knowledge from his leadership role in setting up the entire IT infrastructure for the organisation along with various systems and process to ensure efficiency and discipline within the organisation. A man of policies, he has developed elementary strategies and policies for Mohani Teas which has helped put the organisation on growth trajectory.
Mr. Suresh AgarwalDirector - Production
Mr. Suresh Agarwal, a powerhouse of energy, the youngest stalwart of Mohani Tea founders drives logistics and production management. He has played a pivotal role in streamlining the modernisation of the production and packaging facility. Not only is he good with the selection of the right equipments to keep the machines working seamlessly, but he also plays a key role in shaping up the culture and talent management at Mohani. He bring to Mohani a unique blend of human resource leadership experience with people management skills which are integral to Mohani’s continuous success.
Mr. Harshit AgarwalDirector- Sales & Backward Integration
Mr. Harshit Agarwal, is the first among the next generation of founders to join the Mohani board, all set to infuse new ideas, techniques, management practices and set high benchmarks within the tea industry. His keen acumen combined with administrative skills have helped expand Mohani’s footprints in the Greater North of India and has immensely helped the organisation in accelerating the growth potential for the brand. Currently, Harshit has taken upon himself the complete responsibility for the Company’s ambitious project of backward integration, putting up a very modern and “state-of-the-art” bought leaf tea factory in North Bengal. He also brings onboard his rich real estate background and work experience besides his immense domain expertise on tea.
Mr. Charchit AgarwalDirector - Business development
Mr. Charchit Agarwal is involved in sales and marketing development of the company along with active participation in operations. With his strong will, experience and passion, he has successfully launched operations in a new state. Besides, he is keenly involved in increasing the organisations footprints to other parts of the country as well. He is a passionate business development personnel with in depth knowledge and expertise to set the background right for business expansion within a territory. His single minded approach to understand the local market and create the right brand penetration strategy has immensely helped the organisation address the local markets.
