Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

·         Analyze brand positioning in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights for premium brands of Mohani Group

·         Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to

·         Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

·         Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”

·         Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

·         Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·         Coach the team and get the best from assistant managers

·         Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

·         Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

·         Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

·         Anticipate bottlenecks

·         Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

·         Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred. This individual will have a minimum of 10 years of progressively greater experience in Marketing, business development, or general management of a company delivering consumer goods into the FMCG space. Experience as an executive with General Management Profit and Loss with prior experience in marketing will also be considered. This role requires significant strength in consultative marketing and development of strategic client and business relationships with prior experience with Beverage marketing. In addition, the candidate will be a charismatic and creative leader who has demonstrated success in being the leader of a team based marketing process.

·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal/relationship building; and planning and project management.
