Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

·         Supporting the manager in collecting, analyzing, and validating large datasets, drawing inferences, and presenting findings to senior management team using appropriate reporting tools

·         Supporting and Collaborating with the department’s different divisions on performance contracting processes for the authority

·         Professional presentation and reporting data in charts, graphs, tables, diagrams, or reporting tools as appropriate

·         Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets

·         Work closely with the Manager to prioritize business information needs of the department

·         Locate, define, and advise the Manager on new process improvement opportunities

·         Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy

·         Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met

·         Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources

·         Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred. This individual will have a minimum of 5years of progressively greater experience in Marketing, business development, or general management of a company delivering consumer goods into the FMCG space. Experience as an executive with General Management Profit and Loss with prior experience in marketing will also be considered. This role requires significant strength in consultative marketing and development of strategic client and business relationships with prior experience with Beverage marketing. In addition, the candidate will be a charismatic and creative leader who has demonstrated success in being the leader of a team based marketing process.
